The steel tubing is bolted to the engine mount of the bike and the slider puck is bolted onto it. The steel tubing has two attachment points and braced together to prevent them from rotating in the event of a low side. 5 of 5 Worth every penny July 12, 2019

I bought and installed them about 6 months ago but put them to use for the first time today. If you own a Tiger Explorer, you know how top heavy it is. I was coasting backwards downhill out of a parking spot and lost my footing. No way I was going to save it, so I jumped out of the way to avoid injury and let gravity do it’s thing. The bags cost about $900 and are not sold separately. The bag never touched the ground. These things payed for themselves today. Worth every penny.
